How Long Does The Order Processing Take?
Orders normally take 1-3 days to process – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holiday seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume.
How Long Is The Shipping Time?
Shipping Time to the US: 1 - 3 weeks
Shipping Time to the other countries: 2 - 4 weeks
There are circumstances that are out of our control (like customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) those may cause shipping postponements or delays.
While most of the packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our logistic partners may experience. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
When will I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be supplied via email once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer refunds if I have an issue?
Yes, we most certainly do. Please refer to our refund policy for more more information.
What if I make a mistake on my orders shipping address?
If you make a mistake on your address and your order hasn't shipped yet then we can cancel your order and fix the error, just contact us through email or chat. If your order has been shipped then please contact our couriers USPS package intercept page to intercept your order and redirect it to the correct location.
